Sean Romanoff

Sean Romanoff works with a wide variety of clients and helps lead Exec-Comm’s Law Firm Team. He trains and coaches industry leaders in law, insurance, professional services, and banking & finance, among others. He helps people expand their communication and leadership skills, including their ability to build new business. Sean coaches people to deliver complex ideas more clearly and with a stronger presence. He also guides and advises leaders of teams both large and small. For many years Sean has contributed to Exec-Comm’s Marketing and Product Development teams, helping to shape the brand and develop core workshops. Most recently he led key initiatives to improve the firm’s culture and build community for all employees.

Past Experience
Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Sean worked as an attorney in general corporate practice. Following that, he taught writing and presentation courses at Fairleigh Dickinson University. He also worked as an independent copywriter and marketing consultant where he helped organizations of all sizes communicate more effectively.
