As an Exec-Comm Facilitator, Roddy Abaya continues his long history of teaching, coaching, and facilitating. Roddy leverages his decades of experience in Learning and Development at global Fortune 25 companies to connect with participants and help them acquire new skills. He is passionate about witnessing their growth and change through professional development. Roddy also partners with a few consulting companies providing HR expertise and designing organizational solutions for his clients.
Past Experience
Roddy is a seasoned HR executive with an extensive multinational and Philippine conglomerate work history. Prior to joining Exec-Comm, Roddy was an HR Associate Director for over two decades at P&G Asia and a HR Business Partner Lead at IBM. His global experience spans 30 years working with Consumer Goods, Shared Services, Technology, and Business Process Outsourcing companies. Roddy continues to build on his successes with his recent increased interest in Employee Engagement as the critical element for developing a holistic HR strategy.
