Senior Training Coordinator
Natalie Gutierrez is a key member of the Training Coordinator team at Exec-Comm. She coordinates communication skills workshops that focus on improving executive presence, leadership, presentation, and writing skills for business professionals. She enjoys working closely with clients to deliver programs that create a positive and impactful experience for the participants.
Past Experience
Before joining Exec-Comm, Natalie worked as a manager and youth development coach at an interactive gym for kids. As a manager, she created unique custom events and promoted the gym’s award-winning youth programs. As a coach, she led interactive events for children focused on physical development, education, and all-around fun.

Natalie enjoys both playing and teaching sports and is passionate about making a difference and helping others achieve their potential. Natalie has a big Peruvian family and loves spending time with them. And she is not afraid to try something new and secretly loves a challenge. In addition to sports, she enjoys exploring new places, going hiking, going to food truck festivals, and cooking!
