Jennifer McClellan

Jennifer McClellan is an experienced HR professional with more than 25 years of experience working as an HR Partner, Center of Expertise, and leader of Learning & Development. In these roles she has worked with a variety of business functions including Research, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing. Jennifer is a trusted coach and thought partner to leaders, while supporting all areas of HR management within their groups. She has worked in Centers of Expertise providing divisional leadership in all COE functions, as well as project-based roles and is a certified Sigma Green Belt. She is experienced working in global and highly matrixed environments, leading large scale projects, change management, and mergers/integration.
