Scheduling Specialist
Gina Chen joined Exec|Comm in 2022. As a Scheduling Specialist, she ensures all workshops are assigned to the best facilitator to meet our clients’ needs. Gina collaborates with managers and the operations team to maintain the quality of instructors and ensure proper processes are followed when opportunities are entered. She is passionate about adding value to our clients by assigning our dynamic instructors.
Past Experience
Before joining Exec|Comm, Gina gained valuable experience in client service and team leadership. Working in the medical and retail fields, she honed her organizational, problem-solving, and management skills.

Outside of work, Gina enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons, and her golden doodle, Mocha. She also loves experimenting with new baking recipes and often shares her homemade treats with the firm.
