She divides her time between coaching senior executives one-on-one to enhance both their professional presence and leadership skills, and management group training workshops. Diane focuses on improving such skill-sets as: building strong professional relationships, verbal and written communications, persuasion strategies, negotiation techniques, and consultative selling.
Past Experience
Diane is a former CEO and Managing Director for marketing and communications firms in Asia and Europe. She was previously the Vice President of Programs for the American Society for Training and Development New York Metro Chapter, bringing the latest in learning innovation to members. She also founded the Learning and Development Special Interest Group for the Human Resources Association of New York and is past Vice President of Sponsorship.
