Beat Kropf was one of the first continental European members of the Exec-Comm global team in 2015. With great enthusiasm, he extends the Exec-Comm client network in German-speaking Europe and delivers experiential workshops that boost participants’ skills and confidence. His areas of expertise include strategy, sales, leadership, and the development of professional skills. His clients include professionals at multinationals based in Switzerland, Germany, Belgium, and Luxembourg.

Beat has worked as a management consultant for international consultancies, where he led large and international projects. As head of staff at Swiss Life he was responsible for marketing, internet communication and business development. At Allianz Suisse, he was in charge of the sales force gaining experience in sales management and sales performance.
