Natalie Razdolsky Cohn

Natalie Razdolsky Cohn is Jefferies’ Global Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DE&I). In this role, she is responsible for the firm’s DE&I strategy. With her team, she oversees and advises the eight Employee Resource Groups, runs firmwide training focused on allyship and bias mitigation, dedicated development and mentoring programs, and works with leadership teams across the organization to create more diverse and inclusive teams. Natalie launched the DE&I function at Jefferies in May 2019.

Having joined Jefferies in 2011, Natalie spent her first eight years at in Risk Management, initially as an Operational Risk Manager and then as Global Head of Credit Policy and Administration. Natalie spent 2 years at Ernst & Young in their financial services consulting rotational program.

Natalie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University.
