Jun Medalla – Exec-Comm’s New Managing Partner

We’re thrilled to introduce Jun Medalla as Exec-Comm’s new Managing Partner, effective January 1, 2022.

For more than 18 years, Jun has shared his extensive business experience with the firm and his clients. Whether leading program quality, sales, or our diverse team of facilitators, Jun’s positive energy inspires our firm. His dynamic leadership creates strong and lasting relationships. Prior to Exec-Comm, Jun led the sales team serving high net worth individuals as a Vice President at TD Waterhouse and held a range of leadership roles at Fidelity Investments. We’re confident that Jun will grow the firm’s brand and workplace culture while continuing to work closely with clients.

Jay Sullivan, who served as our Managing Partner from 2009 to 2021, will continue to serve our clients and handle other leadership functions at the firm. We’re grateful to Jay for his 12 years of service as Managing Partner and look forward to continuing to leverage his talents and energy as a thought leader in the learning and development field.

As we move into a new, hybrid world of business, we at Exec-Comm are encouraged and motivated to continue to serve our clients and our business partners in new and exciting ways. Our team of facilitators includes more than a dozen teaching resources across LATAM, APAC and EMEA. Our program offerings have expanded to include courses on sharing complex data, stakeholder management, critical thinking and many other exciting topics.
