Dr. Oscar E. Arias serves as Facilitator in North America. Oscar is a strong proponent of lifelong learning and helping others excel in their communication skills. As a facilitator, he specializes in presentation skills, executive presence, leadership development, and client relationship building. He is passionate about assisting clients in identifying practical solutions to the communication challenges they face daily in today’s competitive business environment. Oscar believes that anyone can learn to deliver more impactful messages with confidence and presence and derives immense satisfaction from seeing his clients accomplish this goal.
Past Experience
Oscar brings over 19 years of experience as a learning and leadership development professional. Before joining Exec-Comm, Oscar started his career in banking and finance. He later worked as a management and learning consultant for S&P 500 companies, universities, municipalities, government agencies, and other growth-oriented organizations. Oscar also serves as an adjunct professor and organizational researcher at Barry University Graduate School of Education.
