Kelly Van Zile specializes in helping professionals make authentic connections in both business and life. She joined Exec-Comm in 2006 after extensive experience as an actor, producer, and educator, parlaying her passion for theater into a role as a Facilitator in Exec-Comm‘s workshops. Kelly teaches clients to stand with presence, speak dynamically, lead with confidence, and authentically negotiate in meetings. She has had great success as a coach with companies including Prudential, MetLife, J.P. Morgan, EY, Turner Construction, and Citi, to name a few.
Past Experience
The founding and producing director of an acclaimed New York City theater company, Kelly has performed off Broadway and in regional theaters across the country. She is an active member of the New Players Company, where she is the Managing Producer. Kelly has also directed over 20 plays and musicals. If you’re in Scotland this summer, look for Kelly – she will proudly facilitate the production of a play with 25 actors at the Edinburgh International Fringe Festival. Kelly’s work at Exec-Comm draws daily from the values she practices in the theater: fruitful collaboration, confident self-expression and clear communication.

Kelly lives in Ridgewood, New Jersey with her husband and three young boys. As she’s always “coaching” them on how to be dynamic individuals, they coach her on all things sports! If Kelly has any spare time, you’ll find her eating fancy food and seeing a show.
