Stephen Mitchell joined Exec-Comm as a London-based facilitator. As an executive trainer and coach, he leverages his background in law and marketing. He has trained thousands of professionals globally across many sectors, with a focus on people management, business development, and personal impact. Stephen has a particular strength in experiential training, working individually with participants to practice challenging conversations and give them practical feedback to put communication skills into action.
Past Experience
Before his career in training and consulting, Stephen qualified as a lawyer in New York and worked in-house for Jujamcyn Theaters, the Broadway theater owner and producer, as well as EE&K Architects in Los Angeles, where he oversaw planning approvals for large-scale real estate developments. He also has over 15 years of experience as a Marketing Director at law firms in the US and UK, including Weston Benshoof (now Alston & Bird) in Los Angeles, Sidley Austin in New York, and Memery Crystal in London.

Fun Facts
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio, Stephen now lives in London and has two fantastic daughters. He has a lifelong passion for theater and acting, with a number of feature film and television credits. He is also a trivia buff and fulfilled a lifelong dream by becoming a three-time champion on the game show Jeopardy!
